The following warranty guidelines apply to Royal Furniture manufactured sofas and headboards are warranted to the original purchaser of our products.
Sofa warranty ( all-inclusive repair warranty)
5-year warranty – on frame and spring 6-month warranty on foam and fabric. 6-month warranty on all mechanisms and electricals. *Conditions apply- Fabric (leather, PU, PVC etc) not covered in the warranty
Headboard and divan base ( all-inclusive repair warranty)
5-year warranty – on frame 6-month warranty on foam and fabric. 6-month warranty on all mechanisms and electricals.
Import items ( all-inclusive repair warranty)
1-year warranty
Accessories ( replacement warranty)
7 days replacement warranty
Household
Household : There is no warranty on household items. If yo find any defective items, then please raise a request within 7 days .

Items would be repaired or replaced according to Customer Protection Act No. 24 2006. Products sold “AS IS”: open sofas, mattresses, unwrapped linen and damaged/spoilt items, are not covered under warranty terms. *Conditions apply- Warranty covers any defect in manufacturing or workmanship of the furniture products. Fabric (leather, pu, pvc etc) are not covered in the warranty. 5 year warranty applicable for sofas and headboard/divan base purchased on or after 1-jan-2023
