Delivery and installation above order value of AED 700 (vat inclusive) is free. Items carried via a staircase, up to 5 floors above the ground, is free. If under 20 floors, a charge of AED 100 (vat inclusive) will be applicable, the customer must inform before making the order. Above 20 floors ( via staircase) cannot be delivered to their homes and the customer must arrange their own team to carry the items ( unless confirmed in writing ). Such items will be delivered to the ground floor only and installation will be done free of cost within the next 3 working days. If no one is present at the delivery address and delivery is not completed one additional delivery will be re-scheduled free of charge. If no one is present on the second occasion the 3rd delivery will be chargeable, cost based on the location of the address, but at a minimum charge of AED 150.
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can’t be modified, cancelled or returned.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
Regarding the cancellation 3% will be reduced from the total amount of your order. All online purchase returns will be accepted basis approvals from the management and the refund time may take from 5-6 days depending upon the management approval & bank policies.
